A light airy golden cookie crust made of our signature melt-in-the-mouth Peruvian short bread, with a delicate crunch, and a puff of fine sugar snow, enrobes the thick creamy yummy goodness of our handmade slow cooked Dulce de Leche (similar to caramel but more milky and less sugary). A delectable homemade authentic delicacy. The flavours simply melt together in your mouth. This is what the Filigrana experience is all about.
